A breach of the House Rules and Expectations surrounding use of substances, violence, threats, resident conduct, weapons, and threats constitutes a material breach of your lease. You may be removed from the Home for breaking these rules. Mend may amend these House Rules and Expectations at any time and for any reason. If Mend does amend these rules, you will be provided with a copy.
